Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select your preferred balloon set.
2. Choose your preferred decal colour.
3. After your order is placed, we will prepare a digital design proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
4. Please review all wording, spelling and design details carefully before approving your artwork.
5. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
6. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.

Font, layout and decal sizing can also be customised upon request.
Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days.

Balloon Timing & Care
As helium balloons are best enjoyed fresh, we recommend arranging for delivery or collection as close to your event as possible. For the best appearance, we recommend having your balloons delivered approximately 1–2 hours before your event begins.

The balloons typically float beautifully for approximately 4–6 hours, although actual floating time may vary depending on temperature, environment, handling and venue conditions.

To help your balloons stay at their best:
* Keep them indoors or in a cool, sheltered environment where possible
* Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat
* Keep away from sharp objects, rough surfaces and strong winds
* Avoid leaving balloons inside a parked vehicle

Production & Lead Time
Production begins only on the day of your event, and after your final artwork has been approved.
Standard production: approximately 1–2 weeks from artwork approval

*Once production is completed, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for our team to carry out a final quality check and prepare your balloons for your selected collection or delivery date.
