Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select your preferred design and personalisation.
2. Enter your names, wedding date and wording when placing your order.
3. If individual guest names are required, submit your final name list in a clear digital format.
4. We will prepare a digital design proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
5. Please review all names, spelling, dates and design details carefully.
6. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
7. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.
Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days after receiving all required details.

A Note on Individual Names
If your coasters are personalised individually for each guest, please ensure your final guest-name list has been checked carefully before submission.
Once artwork has been approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Production & Lead Time
Production begins only after your final artwork has been approved.
Standard production: approximately 2–4 weeks from artwork approval
Express production: approximately 1–2 weeks from artwork approval
Urgent orders within 1 week: kindly contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
*Please allow approximately 1–2 additional business days after production for our final quality check and packing.
