For a polished, elevated finish that works beautifully across modern, romantic and minimalist wedding settings. Acrylic creates a clean statement while allowing your names or wording to become part of the overall backdrop design.

Plywood — Warm & Organic
A softer, more natural option with a beautifully understated finish. Plywood works especially well for garden, rustic, botanical and warm neutral wedding themes, adding a subtle organic texture to your backdrop.

Submitting Your Vows
You may choose to:
- Have your full vows printed onto the cards
- Include only a title, name or short message and write your vows separately
If your full vows are being printed, please submit the final text exactly as you would like it to appear. We recommend keeping your vows reasonably concise so that the text remains comfortable to read and visually balanced on the selected card size.
*Please ensure that your final text has been thoroughly checked before submission. Once the artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes to your vow wording may no longer be possible, unless accomodated; additional reprinting or production charges may apply.

Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select your preferred material, finish and size.
2. Enter your customisation details when placing your order. Please ensure that all names, dates and wording are correct.
3. After your order is placed, we will prepare a digital design proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
4. Please review all spelling, grammar, dates, layout and design details carefully before approving your artwork.
5. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
6. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.

Font, layout, wording and design can also be customised upon request.
Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days.

Production & Lead Time
Production begins only after your final artwork has been approved.
Standard production: approximately 2–4 weeks from artwork approval
Express production: approximately 1–2 weeks from artwork approval
Urgent orders within 1 week: kindly contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability
*Once production is completed, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for our team to carry out a final quality check and prepare your wedding backdrop signage for collection or delivery.
