Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select your preferred fabric, size and finishing options.
2. Enter your customisation details when placing your order. Please ensure that all names, dates and wording are correct.
3. After your order is placed, we will prepare a digital design proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
4. Please review all spelling, grammar, dates and design details carefully before approving your artwork.
5. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
6. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.

Font, layout, wording and design can also be customised upon request.
Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days.

Production & Lead Time
Production begins only after your final artwork has been approved.
Standard production: approximately 2–4 weeks from artwork approval
Express production: approximately 1–2 weeks from artwork approval
Urgent orders within 1 week: kindly contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability
*Once production is completed, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for our team to carry out a final quality check and prepare your wedding signage for collection or delivery.
