Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select Box Only or Box + Gifts.
2. If selecting Box + Gifts, choose your preferred gift option.
3. Choose whether you would like to provide your own design or customise one of our existing designs.
4. Enter your names, wedding date, wording and other personalisation details when placing your order.
5. After your order is placed, we will prepare a digital design proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
6. Please review all names, dates, spelling, wording and design details carefully before approving your artwork.
7. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
8. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.

Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days after receiving all required details.

Providing Your Own Artwork
Already have a finished box design? You may provide your own print-ready artwork for us to produce. Please ensure that all text, spelling, dates and design elements have been checked before submission. Our team will review the artwork for production suitability, but responsibility for the accuracy of supplied artwork remains with the customer.

If adjustments are required to make your artwork suitable for production, additional design charges may apply depending on the changes needed.

Production & Lead Time
Production begins only after your final artwork has been approved.
Standard production: approximately 2–4 weeks from artwork approval
Express production: approximately 1–2 weeks from artwork approval
Urgent orders within 1 week: kindly contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
*Once production is completed, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for our team to carry out a final quality check and prepare your Wedding Blind Boxes for collection or delivery.
