Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select your preferred design.
2. Enter your personalisation details when placing your order.
3. Submit your final guest-name list if individual personalisation is required.
4. We will prepare a digital proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
5. Please review all names, dates, spelling and artwork carefully.
6. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
7. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.
Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days.

A Note on Individual Personalisation
If each mirror is personalised with a different guest name, please ensure your final name list is complete and accurate before artwork approval. Changes after production begins may not be possible and may incur additional charges where amendments can still be accommodated.

Production & Lead Time
Production begins after your final artwork has been approved.
Standard production: approximately 2–4 weeks
Express production: approximately 1–2 weeks
Urgent orders within 1 week: kindly contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
*Please allow approximately 1–2 additional business days for final checks and packing.
