Personalisation & Design Process
1. Select your preferred design and finish.
2. Enter your personalisation details when placing your order.
3. If individual guest names are required, submit your final name list digitally.
4. We will prepare a digital design proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval.
5. Please review all names, dates, spelling and design details carefully.
6. Up to 3 artwork revisions are included before production begins.
7. Additional revisions are chargeable at S$5 per artwork revision.
Design proof & approval: approximately 1–3 business days.

A Note on Guest Names
For individually personalised orders, please ensure your submitted guest-name list is final and correctly spelt. Changes after approval may no longer be possible once production has started.

Production & Lead Time
Production begins only after final artwork approval.
Standard production: approximately 2–4 weeks
Express production: approximately 1–2 weeks
Urgent orders within 1 week: kindly contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
*Please allow approximately 1–2 additional business days for final quality checks and packing.
